 No Questions Asked 30-Day Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Collectors Crate within 30-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement.

What Do I Need To Know?

  • Products must be returned in their entirety, in the original condition and unopened packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in salable condition, without missing parts. You are responsible for properly packaging the return shipment to prevent damage.
  • Your form of payment will be credited for the full purchase price of the item, including taxes, original cost of shipping, minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except defective items). Your credit will appear AFTER Collectors Crate receives, processes and inspects your returned item, and as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
  • Credit card companies vary on the length of time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.

Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that has a manufactures defect, we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Collectors Crate will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may be only be exchanged for the same item.

Shipping Damage

  • If your item was received damaged due to shipping, contact our Returns Department for details on filing a damage claim, and return instructions.

How Do I Start The Return Process?

  • If you have eligible products to return, contact our Returns Department, along with a brief explanation, to obtain a RMA number. Returns can not be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • You will then receive a RMA Number via e-mail with appropriate instructions on how to proceed with return.
